Job overview:
Success Coach is responsible for ensuring On-the-job training and development of new DO/DRMs and drive the expected productivity. Also responsible for ensuring new DO/DRMs are above the benchmark on key competencies identified as per the competency scorecard. Success coach is responsible for delivering the above on a continuous basis with new sets of DO/DRMs month on month in batches of 15.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coaching and developing new DO/DRMs in 0-45 days
- Follow daily , weekly rhythm as defined along with new DO/DRMs
- Responsible for ensuring success of new DO/DRMs in terms of their targets
- Update competency score cards of DO/DRMs and ensure they are above the benchmark competency scores
- Demonstrate conducting digital sales and customer relationship handling to new DO/DRMs
- Conduct Individual and Group Coaching sessions on daily and weekly basis
- Ensure new DO/DRMs are positively engaged and motivated to deliver expected results continuously
- Ensure quality parameters are adhered

Experience:
- From BFSI industry, Mostly Banking and insurance
- Total experience of 4-5 years.
- Sales/customer handling experience min 2 years
- Experience of managing team, Training role min 2 years
