Customer Support Executive - US Voice Process

Job Title: Customer Support Executive - US Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 20

Salary: Up to 30,000 INR (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (Any 9 hours shift) | 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Days Off: 1 Rotational Off

Transportation: Both sides cabs provided

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Educational Qualification: UG and Graduate
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the international voice process

Age Limit: 18 to 32 years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support to US-based clients through voice interactions.
  2. Handle customer queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving problems effectively.
  4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach.
