QA Team Lead @ Cyber Park, Gurgaon

Profile:- QA Team Lead
Gender:- Male/Female Both
Salary:- Up to 22 LPA

Duties:

• Manage the complete test cycle of software development from requirements testing to user acceptance and release testing including both manual and automation tests.
• Strong experience in creating Test Approaches, test plans and reports to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Create and Update test cases using Company and other automation tools.
• Ability to identify potential points of failure, areas for improvement, and identifying pain points and bottlenecks.
• Makes recommendations to the team Lead/Manager in regards to process changes and drives implementation, based on the needs of the business and product direction.
• Tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software and escalating to your line manager on time if needed.
• Be innovative in your testing and look for ways to improve the product
• Work as a team and always help your colleagues deliver their workload
• Become a product expert in Company
• Learn Salesforce and complete the Salesforce Admin examinations
• Escalate any issues to your line manager promptly
• Keeping up-to-date with standards and requirements of software quality assurance

Skills (Required):

• 4 - 6 years of software testing experience
• At least 2 years exp in automation testing using selenium and associated programming language.
• Experience in maintaining, executing and sharing results for multiple test plan and suites
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, should be able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies
• Good working knowledge of different platforms like Windows, Mac, Mac, Linux and Devices etc.
• Flexibility to adjust to different needs, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and presenting)
• A proactive, organized and collaborative approach
• Proactive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment

Skills (Desired):

• Salesforce.com testing or testing of other SaaS (Software as a Service) applications.
• Knowledge of any additional automation tools.
• Knowledge of Custom Reporting.
• Knowledge of Desktop Performance tools
• Knowledge of CI and version control etc.
• Knowledge of Web Services and Databases.
