Profile:- Customer Success Associate
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Regional Language Speaking customers.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding of Inbound Call Handling.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Eligibility:
- Average English Communication.
- Should be Average on English understanding where is able to hold the conversation and Should be Fluent with the particular Language applying for Kannada Language
- Candidate should be within 20 Kms from Office Location/Even if relocated.
- Immediate Joiners only.
- Graduate/Undergraduate both will work. (Pursuing Not Allowed)
Salary:- upto 21K PM CTC
Location:- Sector-18, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon
Working Days:- 6 days Day Shift (Between 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM Any 9 hour shift)
