Java Developer IIIrd @ Cyber Park, Gurgaon

Profile:- Java Developer
Gender:- Male/Female Both
Salary:- Up to 21 LPA

Duties:

Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements
Create detailed technical design documents
Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing
Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution
Develop the application with highly efficient code following all the best practices and code conventions
Provide technical expertise in supporting the development environment, problem determination, change management, release management, performance analysis, environment design, and operation of large and complex application
Participate in product team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting product status as required
May be required to be on call to provide support to Test Consultants or Testing community on a need-to basis
Ensure effective implementation of application code through patterns and practices aimed at ensuring efficient and highly available production applications
Possess strong analytical skills, be a fast learner and be able to hit the ground running.

Skills (Required):

Minimum of Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT and equivalent 2+ years strong Java experience in development and implementation of applications using Core Java, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, Object-Oriented Programming and Design, UML, familiarity with Java design patterns
Proven skills in Core Java, Multithreading, Eclipse RCP, REST, SOAP, XML, WSDL, Databases such as MySQL, ORACLE and DB2
Exposure to analyze and use the third-party libraries as and when required
Experience working in small and large teams with Requirements, Design and Development phases and complex implementations
Ability to design based on business requirements
Experience communicating across geographies
Drive for creativity and innovation, technical awareness, and leadership potential
Readiness for cross-functional training or role
Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and presenting), as well as organizational and collaboration skills
