Job Description:
Responding to customer inquiries quickly, directly, and concisely will help with satisfaction ratings. They will need to communicate in a clear and concise manner while also responding with the right answers in limited interruption. Chat support agents need to drive the conversation to make sure issues are resolved quickly. Need to be able to handle more than one chat at a time. agents will need to reply to customer questions, research account activity and notes, troubleshoot any issues, provide supporting help documentation, and any number of other tasks. Asks Direct Relevant Questions.
Location:- Mohali, Punjab
Working Days:- 6 Days any Shifts between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM window
