Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Male/Female Tele Sales Executives to join our Axis AV Desk - Insurance team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within Tele Banking or Tele Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries by clarifying desired information and providing accurate details about Axis AV Desk - Insurance products.
• Determine customer requirements through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
• Resolve customer problems by clarifying information, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implement cross-selling and upselling techniques to promote additional Axis AV Desk - Insurance products.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, demonstrating attentiveness and excellent telephonic etiquettes.
• Communicate effectively in English and Hindi.

Education: Under Graduates/Graduates

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within Tele Banking or Tele Sales.

Skills and Abilities:

• Versant score should be more than 4.
• Proficient in basic telephonic etiquettes and customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Customer-focused mindset with attentiveness to their needs.

Salary: Salary Bracket: For Experience Only (17500 In hand) + Incentive
