Job Description:

We are seeking qualified and experienced Chartered Accountants to join our team as Assistant Managers in Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of post-CA qualification experience, with a strong background in accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

   - Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

   - Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Taxation:

   - Handle GST and TDS matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

   - File income tax returns for individuals and companies.

Financial Management:

   - Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements.

   - Conduct MIS preparation for effective financial reporting.

Compliance:

   - Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.

   - Conduct GST audits as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Qualified CA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.

- Proficient in GST, TDS, and other taxation matters.

- Experience in financial statements preparation and finalization.

- Expertise in MIS preparation for effective reporting.

- Familiarity with transfer pricing regulations.

- Income tax return filing experience for individuals and companies.

- Consulting background preferred.
