- Freshers: 15,000 to 18,000 INR

- Experienced: 20,000 to 25,000 INR

Working Hours: 5.5 days a week

Shift Timings: 05:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Age Criteria: 18 to 30 years

Qualifications:  Graduate or Undergraduate with excellent communication skills

Job Description:

As a Lead Generation Executive in our Australian Voice Process, you will be responsible for identifying and generating potential business opportunities through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be to engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to Australian clients with the aim of generating leads and creating new business opportunities.
2. Develop a deep understanding of the products/services offered by the company to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with clients.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
5. Document and update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with team members and share insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
2. Proven experience in lead generation or telesales will be an advantage.
3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
6. Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
