We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the assigned processes. The position requires individuals who are adept at handling responsibilities with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage assigned processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and targets.
• Handle data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to the assigned processes.
• Adhere to fixed US shift timings to meet global business requirements.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
• Meet and exceed performance targets to qualify for daily lucrative incentives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Strive for continuous improvement by actively participating in training and development programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Fixed US Shift
• Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off

Salary: Rs 17,000 to Rs 23,000 (in-hand) per month + Daily Lucrative Incentives
