• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and concise information by understanding their needs.
• Collaborate with customers to determine their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Resolve customer problems and concerns by clarifying information and providing effective solutions.
• Implement cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

Minimum Education: Under Graduates/Graduates

Experience: Minimum 1 Year experience (Customer service in Tele Banking / Tele Sales)

Skills and Abilities:

• Verbal proficiency with a Versant score of more than 4.
• Basic telephonic etiquettes and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
• Strong customer focus with attentiveness to their needs.

Salary: ₹16,500 In-hand + Incentive
