Job Description:

An International BPO is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Inbound Process team in Noida. We welcome both freshers and experienced tele-sales professionals to be a part of our dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide clarification on desired information.
  • Collaborate with customers to determine their specific requirements and needs.
  • Resolve problems by addressing customer concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Implement cross-selling and upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.

Minimum Education: Undergraduates/Graduates

Experience: Freshers (Graduates) or Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (Tele Banking/Tele Sales)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Versant score of more than 4.
  • Proficient in basic telephonic etiquettes and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail.

Salary Description:

  • For Fresher: ₹16,500 per month (In-hand) + Incentives
  • For Experienced: ₹17,500 per month (In-hand) + Incentives
